FAQ

Question 1. Desk does not lift

1. Check the power module, hand controller and motor cable to make sure the connection is normal.

2. Reset (reset operation please check the reset video).

3. Unplug the power supply after 20S reset.

4. If you can’t solve the problem, shoot the video and contact us at 📧support@yfs.life.

Question 2. Desk only one side rise

1. Check whether the drive rod is fully inserted into the desk leg to ensure that the rotating rod is installed in place, please see the VCR correct installation steps.

2. If you can’t solve the problem, shoot the video and contact us at 📧support@yfs.life.

Question 3. Desk tilted or unbalanced

1. Check whether the height of the table legs on both sides is inconsistent, please see the VCR to reset the table legs.

2. Adjust the height of the table’s foot pads to restore the tabletop to a horizontal state.

3. If you can’t solve the problem, shoot the video and contact us at 📧support@yfs.life.

Question 4. Desk rattles

1. Check all screws and fasteners to make sure they are properly tightened.

2. If the noise persists, take a video of it and contact 📧support@yfs.life.

Question 5. Desk does not lift smoothly

1. Check whether the items on the tabletop are overweight, reduce the load to restore normal lifting and lowering.

2. Check and tighten all the screws and connectors to make sure the structure of the table is stable.

3. If you can’t solve the problem, shoot the video and contact us at 📧support@yfs.life.

Question 6. The hand control buttons are not sensitive

1. Tear off the protective film on the hand controller.

Question 7. Memory key setting not working, can’t lift to memory position

1. Reset the memory key, please see VCR how to set the memory position.
