Desk is Unstable or Wobbly | Possible Causes: 1. The total weight on the desktop exceeds the load capacity. 2. Screws and other fasteners are not fully tightened. 3. The floor surface is uneven. Solutions: 1. Check the total weight on the desktop is beyond the maximum load capacity. Remove items if the load is too heavy. 2. Inspect and tighten all screws and connections on the frame. Ensure every part is secure. 3. Move the desk to a flat, level floor. Adjust the foot pads under each leg until the desk stands firmly. |
Unusual Noise or Jerky Movement | Possible Causes: 1. The desktop is overloaded. 2. Screws are loose, especially near the sync-rod or motors. 3. A motor may have a fault. Solutions: 1. Check if the total weight on the desktop is beyond the maximum load capacity. Remove items if the load is too heavy. 2. Inspect and tighten all screws and connections to ensure the structure is stable. |
Desk Lifts Unevenly | Possible Cause: The sync-rod is not installed correctly. Solutions: 1. Check that the sync-rod is fully inserted into the legs and that its set screws are tight. If not, adjust the desktop to a level position and reinstall the sync-rod according to the assembly manual or the guide stickers on the legs. 2. Perform a system reset according to the instructions in this manual. |
Desk is Tilted or Unbalanced | Possible Causes: 1. The desk was assembled incorrectly, causing it to be unbalanced. 2. One of the legs or feet is not on the same level as the others. Solutions: 1. Review the assembly steps to ensure every leg is installed correctly and the desk is level. 2. Adjust the foot pads to make the desktop level. 3. Perform a system reset as instructed in the manual. |
Handset is Unresponsive | Possible Causes: 1. Power is not connected correctly. 2. The handset has a poor connection or is faulty. 3. A fuse is blown or the power module has failed. Solutions: 1. First, disconnect all cables. Then, reconnect them, checking that each cable connection is correct and secure. Confirm the power plug is firmly inserted into the power outlet. 2. Perform a system reset according to the manual. |
