🤔Q1: What size room is the ceiling fan suitable for?
Fit for use in rooms up to 15FT*15FT x 18FT*18FT in size, including bedrooms, living rooms, kitchens, offices.
🤔Q2: What ceiling height is suitable for the ceiling fan with light?
Ensure the fan will be at least 7 ft. above the floor. And the blades will be at least 30 in from any obstructions.
🤔Q3: What tools do I need to install the ceiling fan?
The tools include screwdriver, telescoping ladder, pliers, electrical adhesive tape, and safety gloves before installation.
🤔Q4: Do I have to turn off the power to install the ceiling fan?
For the sake of your life and safety, turn off the power at the main fuse or circuit box before installing the fan to avoid serious injury or death.
🤔Q5: Does the ceiling fan fits dimmer switch or fan‘s gear switch?
1. Do not use the fan with any solid-state speed-control device, dimmer or variable-speed switch unless it’s specifically designed for use with a ceiling fan.
2.The ceiling fan fit traditional wall switches (please refer to the Important part of the instruction manual for Pre-installation Advice) , and the traditional wall switches can control the the fan and light on/off.

🤔Q1: How do I secure the tray to the ceiling?
Step 1. Determine whether the ceiling is made of wood or concrete, and whether it is equipped with a junction box.
Step 2. Find the appropriate screws for each of the 3 types of ceilings and screw them in.If you can’t solve the problem, shoot the video or contact us at 📧support@yfs.life.
Note: Screws for attaching ceiling tray to the junction box are not included.
🤔Q2: Why is the top not mounted correctly with the motor?
Step 1. Remove the 3 large screws from the motor, leaving the 3 large holes empty.
Step 2. Align the 3 small holes in canopy with the large holes in the motor.
Step 3. Tighten 3 screws into the 3 large holes of the motor. If you can’t solve the problem, shoot the video or contact us at 📧support@yfs.life.
🤔Q3: How do I connect the three round wires to live wire，neutral wire and earth wire?
Step 1. Black wire matchs live wire, white wire matchs neutral wire, and green/yellow wire matchs earth wire.
Step 2. Connect the wires together with wire nuts. If you can’t solve the problem, shoot the video or contact us at 📧support@yfs.life.
🤔Q4: How to keep the light and wind speed settings before turning them off？
Step 1. Select your desired color temperature, brightness.
Step 2. Turn off the light and wait for more than 10 seconds.
Step 3. Turn on the lights.Lights stay at previous settings. If you can’t solve the problem, shoot the video or contact us at 📧support@yfs.life.
🤔Q5: How to cancel the remote control beep？
Step 1. Find the mute button on the remote and press it to cancel the remote control beep.
Note: Pressing it again to restarts the feedback sound.
🤔Q6: How do I avoid the mistake of installing my favorite wood grain color facing up?
Step 1. With the wood grain side of the fan blade facing down, place the fan blade decoration under the wood grain side and align the screw holes in the wood grain
Step 2. Place the blade connector on top of the other side and align the screw holes in the blade, secure the blade connector to the blade with the appropriate screws.
Step 3. Make sure the blade connector, blade and fan decoration are all properly aligned. Tighten the screws lightly by hand, then use a screwdriver to tighten the screws. If you can’t solve the problem, shoot the video or contact us at 📧support@yfs.life.

🤔Q1: How long is the warranty on fan lights?
In order to provide users with better product experience and after-sales service, we provide a lifetime warranty for the motor and a 2-year warranty for the others.
🤔Q2: Can LED light panels be replaced by the user?
LED light panels can be removed and replaced, but need to be purchased separately.
🤔Q3: What should I do if my remote control fails to work ?
There are three ways to control the fan: remote control, app control and wall control. You can control the light and wind speed by mobile APP when the remote control doesn‘t work. Note that the wall control switch can only control the light and wind speed on and pause.
