組立動画 組立説明書 よくあるご質問(FAQ) 1 机が不安定、または、ぐらつく 考えられる原因：1. 天板に載せている物の総重量が、最大耐荷重を超えている。2.ネジや接続部品の締め付けが緩んでいる。3.床が平らではない。 解決策：1. 机の上の総重量が耐荷重を超えているか確認してください。超えている場合は、物を減らしてください。2. フレームのすべてのネジと接続部品を点検し、しっかりと締め直してください。3. 机を完全に平らな場所に移動してください。机がぐらつかなくなるまで、各脚の下にあるフットパッドを回して高さを調整します。 2 昇降時に異音がする、または動きがスムーズでない 考えられる原因：1. 天板に載せている物の総重量が、最大耐荷重を超えている。2. 各部のネジや接続部品の締め付けが緩んでいる（特にシンクロッド周辺）。3. モーターに不具合がある可能性がある。 解決策：1. 天板（てんいた）に載せている物の総重量が最大耐荷重を超えていないか確認してください。重量を超えている場合は、物を減らしてください。2. フレームを安定させるため、すべてのネジと接続部を点検し、しっかりと締め直してください。 3 片方の脚だけが昇降する 考えられる原因：シンクロッド（伝動軸）が正しく取り付けられていない。 解決策：1. シンクロッドが脚に完全に差し込まれ、その固定具やネジがしっかりと締まっていることを確認してください。正しくない場合は、天板を水平な位置に調整し、脚の補助取り付けシールまたは組立説明書を参照して、シンクロッドを再度取り付けてください。2. 本説明書の指示に従って、システムをリセットしてください。 4 机が傾いている、または水平でない 考えられる原因：1. 机の組み立てが正しくなく、バランスが崩れている。2. いずれかの脚が、他の脚と同じ水平面にない。 解決策：1. 組立手順を確認し、すべての脚が正しく取り付けられ、机が水平に設置されていることを確かめてください。2. フットパッドの高さを調整し、天板が水平になるようにしてください。3. 本説明書の指示に従って、システムをリセットしてください。 5 コントローラーが反応しない 考えられる原因：1. 電源が正しく接続されていない。2. コントローラーの接触不良、または故障。3. ヒューズが切れている、または電源モジュールが故障している。 解決策：1. まず全てのケーブルを一度抜き、再度接続してください。その際、各ケーブルの接続が正しく、かつ確実であることを確認し、電源プラグがコンセントにしっかり差し込まれていることを確かめてください。2. 本説明書の指示に従って、システムをリセットしてください。 上記の手順を試しても問題が解決しない場合は、問題の状況がわかる短い動画を撮影し、カスタマーサポート（support@yfs.life）までご連絡ください。
